As
the authorised agent of the client to negotiate
and secure consumer credit (and associated insurance)
on the terms and conditions set out below.

Acknowledgment
The
parties acknowledge that at the time of this
appointment UNITED FINANCIAL SERVICES cannot
ascertain with which, if any, of the credit
providers consumer credit can be secured and
that the credit terms, fees, commission and
financial and other benefits in relation to
the consumer credit finally secured may be
varied in accordance with section 37J (2)
Consumer Credit (Victoria) Act 1995.

Credit
Terms
Variations
Variations
to the Terms and Conditions of this appointment
are to be documented on the UFS
Document of Appointment Variation Form.
Fee
The
client accepts that, if approval of consumer credit
on the credit terms specified above or reasonably
comparable to those terms is obtained on the clients
behalf, UFS may charge a fee of up to eight hundred
and eighty dollars inclusive of GST (Goods and Services
Tax), as consideration for the expenses incurred
and time spent in organising and processing the
consumer credit contract and /or associated insurance.
(It
is UFS policy not to charge any fee if the client
does not proceed to enter into a credit contract
with the credit provider with whom consumer credit
is secured)
Amounts
of Commission payable to the Broker by anyone other
that the consumer
(Amounts
referred to in this section are not paid by the
client)
UFS
may receive a financial or other benefit which,
inclusive of soft commissions, ranges between zero
and sixteen and one half percent( plus GST) of the
maximum amount of credit finally secured. The exact
amount is not ascertainable at this time. UFS undertakes
that, after recommending a particular consumer credit
product to the client and before the client enters
into any credit contract with the credit provider,
to disclose the amount of the financial or other
benefit that UFS will receive from the credit provider,
if ascertainable.
(NOTE
: Fees and charges depend on who provides the client
with the credit and will be disclosed before the
client enters into any credit contract with the
credit provider).
Definitions
The parties agree that words used in this appointment
will have the same meanings as defined in the Consumer
Credit (Victoria) Act 1995.
Duration
of the appointment
This
appointment will take effect on the date it is signed
by the client and will remain in force until terminated
by the client or when consumer credit is obtained
on behalf of the client or the client is advised
that UFS is unable to arrange the consumer credit
applied for.
